Job Description:
• The role entails providing high quality customer service to the customers and ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Ensure efficient, effective and accurate service is provided to the customers.
• Provide customers with complete product and service information.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve.
• Should have good convincing skills
• Flexible to work in shifts 8AM to 11PM
• Flexible to work in Inbound/outbound environment.
Desired Candidate profile:
Education: Graduate (Fresher/Experienced) - Any Specialization
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi and any regional language
Required Skills:
• Should be Customer Service Centric, Excellent English Verbal Communication Skills
• Working knowledge of Computers, Professional writing etiquettes and ability to work with a Team.
• Should have zeal to learn and perform as per stringent targets.
• Passion for customer services and Unyielding Integrity
Salary: 12000/- to 15000/- Monthly Package
Required Documents post selection:
• 10th onwards mark sheets and certificates.
• 6 passport size photos
• ID proof (copy of pan card / passport /driving license),
• Address proof (copy of Passport / electricity bill / telephone bill)
