Looking for Network Engineer with Cisco/Juniper background and Good to have NOC environment background. These resources will be supporting ExterNetworks Clients/Customers.
Position: Network Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Required Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 Year of Prior experience working in a NOC environment or Technical Network Support.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to provide technical support over the phone; good telephone skills, professional demeanor, previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of traditional voice, data and converged technologies, with desire to learn new technologies.
• Demonstrated real world, hands-on, experience working with data networking gear and troubleshooting data networking problems involving: TCP/IP, BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPv4, IPv6, L2VPN, L3VPN, SIP, ATM, PNNI, and other LAN/WAN technologies and concepts (route redistribution, subnetting, etc.).
• Good to have experience with security technologies: IPSec, Stateful Packet Inspection, Common methods of attacks (DoS, portscan, Worms), Secure Management (SSL, SSH), Firewalls.
• Work within a cross-functional team across 24x7 shifts to proactively respond to computer alerts and operational issues.
• Must be flexible to work as part of a team to provide NOC support to the customers on a 24x7 schedule.

• Must be able to learn new things quickly, need minimal direction, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate typing abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office – intermediate to advanced (preferred).
NOTE: ** CCNA / CCNP / MCSE(Any one) certification is mandatory **
